Designed and conducted an annual eight-week residential training program for young men and women from three religions to become leaders of the future in human rights advocacy and activism.
Developed a strategy to address the issue of sexual harassment at the workplace and in educational institutions. This is a part of a gender mainstreaming project with the objective of opening opportunities for women in all sectors of society. Conducted training of trainers who would conduct awareness sessions on the issue. Prepared a short film on sexual harassment in Dari for wide dissemination in the country. The assignment includes conducting training for researchers and supporting them in research design to undertake a comprehensive study on gender discrimination and sexual harassment in Afghanistan.
